The "Chemical (Fluorosilicon and Electronic Chemistry) Industry Brain" jointly applied by the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Zhizao New City, and Juhua Information Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully awarded the first batch of industrial brain "unveiling and commanding" projects by the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology in July 2021. Eight major application scenarios

As early as 2021, the industrial brain of the chemical (fluorosilicone and electronic chemistry) industry has initially established 6 application scenarios, integrated and developed 46 industrial APPs, applied and connected 72 enterprises, connected more than 113000 chemical equipment, collected 52200 data points, formed 50 capability components and common technologies, and launched 38 Zhejiang Provincial Industrial Brain Capability Centers and 79 sets of "zero manual operation" APC intelligent manufacturing systems.

By turning on the computer, it is clear at a glance from the industrial brain that there are "operational conditions, industrial ecology, new intelligent manufacturing applications, application markets, and industry data warehouses". According to the person in charge of Juhua Information, there are currently 8 enterprise level application scenarios, including zero manual operation, hazardous chemical logistics (56168 system), bidding and procurement, financial sharing, intelligent inspection, and production management (MES system), And currently, we are further optimizing and improving the two major application scenarios of "training and learning" and "contractor management". The industrial brain of the chemical (fluorosilicone and electronic chemistry) industry was successfully launched at the Zhejiang Provincial Industrial Brain Ability Center in 2022. In 2023, the user systems of the two were connected, and 70 capability components and 1 model room were launched.

What is the most intuitive benefit of the industrial brain? Realized full process digitization from raw materials to production, from equipment management to safety and environmental protection on the enterprise side; On the basis of covering more than 20 major production enterprises of Juhua Group Co., Ltd., it radiates to customers in Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Guangxi and other places. Only the "zero manual" operation application scenario has an average of one chemical enterprise visiting and exchanging views every week. On the government side, the industry data warehouse formed in the industrial brain can be connected and interconnected with applications such as per mu efficiency, green energy code, and external "Tianyancha" of industrial enterprises in our city, providing data application services for the government side and industrial chain enterprises.

Serving over 10000 users

At present, the chemical (fluorosilicon and electronic chemistry) industry brain is connected to and serves 90 chemical enterprises both inside and outside the province, accounting for more than half of the 150 chemical industry scale enterprises in the province. Among 90 enterprises, there are over 200 active users who register and use the industrial brain on a daily basis.

Among them, there are 14 companies online for the zero manual operation application scenario, 90 companies online for the hazardous chemical logistics application scenario, 81 companies online for the recruitment, collection and procurement application scenario, 23 companies online for financial sharing, 10 companies online for intelligent inspection, and 14 companies online for production management. If we include upstream and downstream customers, suppliers, or carriers who have settled in related applications in the application scenario, Serving over 30000 customers.

Why can the brain of this industry achieve good results? It is a result of years of accumulated experience in the early stages, and also promoted through the joint efforts of government and enterprises. The relevant person in charge of Juhua Information Company introduced that with zero manual operation, Juhua has been promoting it since 2021. Currently, it has achieved full coverage of chemical production facilities under Juhua. The bidding and procurement platform has been in use since 2014, and the 56168 hazardous chemical transportation system was piloted in the province as early as 2012.
